Anne McNamara is an APA Titled Women's, Men's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with 20 years of experience treating pelvic disorders. Pelvic physiotherapists can help women and men with the following,
- Urinary Incontinence
- Pelvic Organ Prolapse
- Faecal Incontinence
- Men before and after prostate surgery
- post natal assessments (including safe return to exercise advice)
- pre-natal advice and birth prep
- Bladder and bowel urgency
- pelvic pain (including painful intercourse).

Anne grew up on a property in nearby Piallaway/Currabubula. She attended Gunnedah High School before studying Physiotherapy at Sydney University. In 2003 she began working as a physiotherapist in Tamworth, NSW. In 2005 she completed her first women’s health and ultrasound course which began her life long love of pelvic health physiotherapy.

When not at work, Anne loves spending time with her 4 children, supporting them at various sporting events, and spending time on her hobby farm.
She has a menagerie of hobby farm animals including ponies, dogs, chooks, sheep, lowline cattle and Wilma the Pig. She has a love of self-sufficiency and has a huge vegetable garden.
